Depending on the respective models of the series, the devices features a main storage up 128MB RAM. The BHT-200 is complete with standard interfaces such as USB, IrDA12, RF 802.11b and Bluetooth and is also user friendly with its large backlit 30 alphanumeric keys or 10 numeric keys and its left and right trigger keys.
